Los Cristianos is a pretty resort situated in the sunny south of
Tenerife, the largest of the Canary Islands, and only 15 minutes
from Tenerife's International Reina Sofia Airport, so you can begin

Los Cristianos was an old fishing village, colourful local boats

The Busy Town Centre is closed to traffic and pedestrian walks are
bright with open air restaurants and bars. Los Cristianos is the
prime shopping centre for the south of Tenerife with a large selection
of shops that cater to everyone in this Duty Free Island. Its worth
noting that every Sunday there is a large market offering everything
from watches and jewelry to clothes and music.
The main beach is sheltered by the harbour and has calm waters and
soft yellow sands, inviting you to swim or take a trip on a pedaloe.
Las Vistas Beach located on the next bay, five minutes from the town
centre is one of the finest on the island with excellent facilities
and breakwaters sheltering the golden sand beach.
Ferries to the adjacent island of Gomera leave regularly from the
harbour throughout the day, boat trips to see Whales and Dolphins,
the varied coastline or deep sea fishing are available on the quayside
along with freshly caught fish and seafood.
Los Cristianos has no shortage of places to eat and drink, bars
and restaurants line the promenade and town centre. Offering a wide
variety of quality cuisine at prices that won't burn a hole in your
pocket. A number of fun pubs and karaoke bars provide welcoming evening
entertainment seven nights a week.
